Graphite gaskets

Made in 1, 1.5, or 2mm thickness options and a wide range of sizes, graphite gaskets are indispensable for reliable seals. These general-purpose gaskets function well under high pressures, vibration, and thermal cycling.

PTFE gaskets

A PTFE gauge glass gasket can handle nearly all reagents without degradation, including strong acids and bases. The material’s low-friction properties let a piece slide right into place and form a tight seal, yet it is still removable for inspections or glass changes.

Asbestos and non-asbestos options

If you are looking for industry-standard sealing solutions, asbestos boiler sight glass seals are superior in high-pressure and heat setups. They can last 10-15 years or more with proper installation and care and are unaffected by exposure to most chemicals, acids, and alkalis. 

If asbestos is banned by your legislation, Aramid fiber gaskets are the way to go. They work excellently in harsh environments, are durable, and conform to surface irregularities for a firm seal. This material is ideal for gaskets subjected to chemical exposure, abnormal vibration, and cyclic loading.
