Description

Non asbestos cushion for gauge glass is also named non asbestos gasket or cushion joint, which is made of high pressure Aramid fiber mixed rubber sheets resistant to temperatures up to 450 °C and the pressure to 150 bar.

Non asbestos cushion is a new material for the gauge glass sealing as a general purpose gasket material suitable for service in hot water, mild acids, alkalines, and inert gases in some countries baned the use of asbestos gasket.
